It’s half past three in the morning and all I can think about is how badly I need to go to Starbucks.
I don’t care that I have two exams in less than twelve hours and that I know little about Malthus’ theory of overpopulation and the Sovereign General Assembly of 1813, I just think about tasting something from Starbucks for the very first time.
You see, the first Starbucks cafe in Argentina opened a month ago or so and I haven’t been able to go.
I reckon that for you, people with hundreds of Starbucks shops, going there and having a cup of coffee is nothing out of the ordinary, but for me, a teenager who has been growing up watching nothing but american TV shows, in which Starbucks is often featured, it is going to be amazing.
Anyway, I really have to go. I have little time and 40 pages of my Geography book to study… too bad I won’t be able to stop thinking about Starbucks until I go there, on Saturday.
